What BCAA ratio should I look for?

When should I take BCAAs?
During or immediately before training, especially fasted workouts. Sip throughout a session. On rest days, there's little benefit — save them for training days. Post-workout BCAAs are redundant if you're having a whey shake.
Are BCAAs vegetarian?
